Configuring the Java Plug-in  
       

 
   
Before using Discoverer for the first time, you must save the file, identitydb.obj on your computer. This small file tells the Java Plug-in's security mechanism that the Discoverer applet is from Oracle and therefore can be trusted.
     
    To download:
 
   
  1. Hold down Shift and Click here to download the identitydb.obj file.

  2. Save the file to your home directory.

  3. Click Next to continue.
   
If you do not put this file in your home directory, Discoverer may not work properly.
